Who We Are Kampala and Beyond External Labour Recruiters Sacco (KABELR Sacco) was founded by and for labour export companies who understand the unique opportunities — and challenges — of our industry.
From Kampala to Mbale, Gulu to Mbarara, we bring together recruitment agencies deploying talent to the Middle East, Europe, and beyond. Our members place Ugandans in jobs that change families, communities, and our national economy. But we also know the reality: delayed payments from clients, high operational costs, license renewals, air tickets, medical fees, and the need for urgent capital to process job orders.
