Kampala and Beyond External Labour Recruiters Sacco (KABELR SACCO) is a member-owned SACCO located at KJH Mall, Makindye (Opposite Makindye Magistrate Court), Kampala, Uganda.
We bring events promoters and the wider community together under one cooperative for savings, loans, and investments. Our mission is to provide accessible financial services and support that help our members grow and thrive.
